We completed the entire end-to-end electromechanical infrastructure of the GüneşliPark project—which includes 580 residential units and a large shopping center—using Öznet Elektrik’s engineering expertise. To ensure the safety of residential areas and the uninterrupted operation of commercial spaces, we successfully integrated high-capacity transformer solutions, smart security systems, and modern power distribution networks.

PROJECT DETAILS AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTUREa

A robust backbone capable of meeting high energy demand and the flawless operation of systems that ensure maximum safety are the most critical components of such complex projects. In the GüneşliPark project, the following electromechanical systems were commissioned with a focus on international standards (TSE and EN):

Medium-Voltage (MV) and Transformer Work: To safely supply the facility’s massive energy needs from the grid and prevent voltage fluctuations, the main substations and medium-voltage switchgear have been installed in accordance with applicable standards.
High-Current and Distribution: All interior electrical systems, electrical panels, lighting, and power distribution networks for the 580 residential units and the commercial spaces within the shopping mall (stores, food and beverage areas, parking lots) were fully designed and installed.
Fire Detection Systems: To ensure the safety of the complex, where thousands of people gather, smart fire alarm systems with early-warning capabilities and full compliance with international fire safety regulations have been installed.
CCTV Security Infrastructure: High-resolution closed-circuit camera systems have been integrated to provide 24/7 uninterrupted monitoring of shopping mall corridors, parking lot entrances and exits, and residential perimeter security.
Low-Voltage and SMATV: Structured cabling has been completed to ensure the smooth operation of the communications infrastructure; a central satellite (SMATV) system has been installed to provide high-quality broadcasts to all residences and relevant stores.
