PROJECT DETAILS AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Corporate hospitality, VIP, and lounge areas for prestigious brands require not only the distribution of power but also a seamless blend of aesthetics, functionality, and technology through flawless engineering. For the Türk Telekom Gayrettepe Lounge project, an electromechanical infrastructure was designed that highlights the architectural design and operates with zero-defect tolerance despite a tight delivery schedule.
Our Field Applications and Deployed Systems:
Architectural and Aesthetic Lighting: The installation and automation of custom-designed lighting fixtures (anti-glare) that perfectly complement the lounge concept’s relaxing and modern atmosphere and reflect the brand’s identity were carried out with the utmost care.
Floor and Under-Desk Power Distribution: To ensure visitors can comfortably use their electronic devices, concealed floor outlets, under-table power strips, and secure floor distribution panels have been installed throughout the entire 580 m² space without compromising the architecture.
Uninterrupted Infrastructure and Low-Voltage Systems: As befits the communications hub of a technology company, the structured cabling, network infrastructure, and power supplies for the multimedia displays—all of which support high-speed data transmission—have been fully implemented.
Fast and Flexible Operation (45 Days): The project was completed on a turnkey basis in just 45 days at a plaza/center where daily life continues uninterrupted, without compromising occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, thereby demonstrating Öznet Elektrik’s operational efficiency.
