PROJECT DETAILS AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Uninterrupted power distribution and life safety in mega residential projects consisting of 768 independent units require infrastructure engineering designed with zero-error tolerance. In the Ispartakule project, a durable electromechanical system has been constructed that maximizes residents’ comfort and is fully compliant with regulations (TSE and EN).
Our Field Applications and Deployed Systems:
Medium-Voltage (MV) and Substations: To reliably meet the site’s high energy demand from the grid and isolate voltage fluctuations, main substations and MV switchgear—whose capacities were determined through engineering calculations—were installed on a turnkey basis.
High-Current and Power Distribution: The internal electrical systems, floor distribution panels, indoor parking lot lighting, and exterior/landscape lighting systems for all 768 residential units have been successfully commissioned, taking into account optimal load balancing.
Fire Detection Systems: To ensure the safety of multi-story buildings, indoor parking garages, and common areas, integrated smart fire alarm systems capable of instantly detecting smoke and heat at specific locations have been installed.
CCTV and Integrated Security: To ensure the peace of mind of residents, the perimeter retaining walls, open and covered parking lots, building entrances, and common areas are monitored 24/7 via a high-resolution closed-circuit television (CCTV) system.
Low-Voltage and SMATV (Centralized TV): Structural cabling between the buildings has been fully completed, and in addition to the communications infrastructure, a Central Satellite System (SMATV) has been integrated to provide uninterrupted, high-quality programming to all apartments.
