PROJECT DETAILS AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Guest comfort and operational excellence at tourism facilities rely on a reliable energy infrastructure that runs like clockwork behind the scenes. Designed to seamlessly meet the increased energy demands of high-traffic summer seasons, the Latanya Beach Resort project prioritizes maximum efficiency and safety standards (TSE and EN).
Our Featured Engineering Projects:
Medium-Voltage (MV) and Substations: To reliably supply the facility’s massive energy needs from the grid and prevent fluctuations, the main substation and medium-voltage switchgear installations have been set up in accordance with standards.
High-Current and Power Distribution: From guest rooms to pool systems, and from industrial kitchens to landscaped areas, all of the hotel’s main power distribution lines, panels, and lighting infrastructure were designed and implemented based on the principle of balanced load distribution.
Fire Detection Systems: To ensure the safety of guests and the property, an integrated early-warning and fire alarm system has been installed that covers all rooms and common areas and complies with international fire safety regulations.
CCTV and Integrated Security: High-resolution closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems have been designed and put into operation to enable 24/7 security monitoring throughout the facility.
Low-Voltage and SMATV (Centralized TV) Infrastructure: The structural cabling required to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel has been completed; the SMATV central satellite system, which provides high-quality, uninterrupted television broadcasts in all rooms, has been successfully integrated.
