PROJECT DETAILS AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Designed to accommodate a total IT load of 400 kW and 100 server cabinets, the TEB Data Center is equipped with the latest technologies to ensure that banking operations can continue 24/7 without interruption and with the highest level of security. With an average power capacity of 4 kW per cabinet, the system’s entire power and cooling infrastructure has been built according to the principles of maximum efficiency and zero-error tolerance.
Featured Engineering Solutions:
Power and UPS Architecture: To ensure the uninterrupted processing of financial data and hardware security, Emerson (500 kW, static, monoblock) UPS systems with an N+N fully redundant configuration were selected, resulting in the establishment of a robust and reliable power infrastructure.
Climate Control (Cooling) Strategy: To ensure optimal thermal management, Vertiv (In-Room) high-precision cooling technologies with a capacity of 60 kW in the white space and 30 kW in the UPS room were utilized. With an N+1 redundant cooling architecture, the average IT heat load of 4 kW per cabinet has been successfully and reliably balanced.
Fire Detection and Suppression: The facility’s security is ensured by an FM200 gas suppression system that integrates with the Kidde conventional detection system, causes no damage to server hardware, and enables a rapid response.
Structural and Architectural Applications: In addition to critical electromechanical installations, our specialized teams have also completed turnkey projects including the installation of fire-resistant doors, raised flooring and underfloor grid grounding systems, non-combustible plaster-paint applications, epoxy coatings for ceilings and floors, energy and data infrastructure work, and cabinet/cold aisle installations have also been completed on a turnkey basis by our expert teams.
