Can access control systems and cameras work together?
Yes. In our integrated systems, activity at access points (doors, turnstiles, etc.) can be synchronized with camera feeds in real time. This way, if an unauthorized card is swiped or an attempt is made to force entry, the system can automatically display the camera feed from that area on the screen and trigger an alarm.
Can data retrieved from the systems be used for Employee Attendance Tracking (PDKS)?
Absolutely. Access logs from fingerprint, facial recognition, or card readers are transferred directly to the time and attendance software. This allows your employees’ working hours, absences, and leave to be easily compiled and reported in a single location.
How long are camera recordings (data) stored in the system?
The recording duration depends on the number of cameras used, the video resolution, the recording scenario (motion-activated or 24/7 continuous recording), and the capacity of the hard disk drive (HDD) installed in the central recording device (NVR/DVR). Depending on your needs, this duration can be scaled to last for weeks or months.
